A reliable autopistol that’s fairly cheap and easy to carry concealed.

Pistols like this are really designed for concealed carry. Although the sights on this pistol are quite good it’s not a target pistols and, due to the short sight radius, isn’t a tack driver. The pistol shoots about 4 inches low and to the left at 25 feet for me and I can shoot about a four inch 12 round group with it. This is more than adequate for its intended use.

The pistol has proven to be 100% reliable although I’ve only fired a few hundred rounds of mixed ammo through it. So I can’t say how well it would hold up after firing thousands of rounds but I’m not seeing any signs of wear and everything is still tight so far. My impression is that the pistol simply won’t jam if you are using good ammo.

The pistol has a thumb safety that’s easy to manipulate. The trigger is a single action/double action design with the same length of pull for both modes. (the SA pull is lighter.) So if a primer fails to ignite (a somewhat common failure with all firearms) then you can simply pull the trigger again for a second attempt. (Which usually sets off the primer) You can’t do this with most auto pistols today and it is a real advantage in a defensive pistol.

The grip is small which is good for people with small hands. It’s fairly light and concealable but it’s not the lightest and most concealable thing on the market right now. Best of all (something people forget) you can find holsters for it. It doesn’t matter how good a CCW pistol is if no one makes a CCW holster for it.
