What stood out for me was a good-looking pistol for $350 of Beretta design and even manufactured on Beretta tooling getting excellent reviews. I normally carry and prefer .45ACP, and I actually dislike the frame-mounted safety, and bulkiness of Berettas, but I wanted a good general purpose 9mm that could be relied on. Somewhat contradictorily, I do however appreciate the hammer drop feature of the safety. |

After several hundred rounds of various types, I have yet to encounter any malfunction, and the gun is VERY accurate (perhaps due to the touted rotary action)--achieving three-inch groups or better at 25 yards. Furthermore, the double-action trigger pull is very smooth and breaks nice and clean in single action--rivaling Walther's PPK trigger. Follow the disassembly/assembly instructions, I had a somewhat tough time getting it back together, but with a little practice, it's no problem. |

* SMOOTH double-action trigger pull
* Nice three-dot sights
* 15-round magazine capacity
* Rotary breach action
* Good ergonomics but a bit bulky, and has a slide-mounted safety
* Unsurpassed reliability
* $350 price tag
If the type, size, and caliber suit you, THIS IS AN EXCELLENT HANDGUN--perhaps the best value to be had. |
